  • First year, stimulated new business, firm-wide, with a plan that led to the successful reintroduction of a Vanto’s Open Workshop Program for breakthrough leadership. George Mason University hosted in April 2012 and again in the Fall 2012.
  • General business management, marketing, sales and website management for the Khamit Kinks Natural Haircare Salon, in Brooklyn, NY (efforts have improved salon CAGR 23% during this period).
